Welcome to Hellobell. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hellobell platform, including our website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Hellobell provides a multi-channel AI receptionist platform designed to help businesses manage guest communications across voice, SMS, web chat, and other channels. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

• "Content" means any data, text, audio, messages, or other materials uploaded, submitted, or transmitted through the Service.

You retain ownership of any Content you submit through the Service. By submitting Content, you grant Hellobell a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hellobell and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Hellobell's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to Hellobell in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings within the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete your Account and associated Content, subject to our data retention policies and applicable law.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
